- When placing an order, you warrant that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• If Skea Organics Ltd has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until either the items are back in stock or an alternative has been agreed upon and is ready to be despatched.
• All prices listed on our website are correct at the time of entering the information. However, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.
• No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Skea Organics Ltd until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you.
• Confirmation of your requested order will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including P&P where appropriate).
• You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
• If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an explanatory email from us detailing the reasons why. - Cancellation of Orders, Returns and Replacements
- If for any reason your order is no longer required please contact us by telephone in the first instance on 01382 320 453 at least 3 working days before delivery is due. If this method of contact is not available you can also email us immediately on either liz@skea.co.uk or andrew@skea.co.uk marking it urgent.
- Updating Account Information
- To log in when visiting our site just click Login or My Account at the top of every page, and then enter your e-mail address and password.
- When you log in to your account, you will be able to do the following:
– Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase
– Check the status of orders
– View past orders
– Make changes to your account information
– Change your password
– Store alternative addresses (for shipping to multiple family members and friends!)

EUROPEAN DELIVERY Including ROI
We can deliver to all countries within the European Union. When you log into your country's website you will be given delivery costs for your own address. Our websites can give rates for Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain. If you are not in one of the countries listed then please contact us.
Republic of Ireland delivery is a flat €117 per pallet for orders less than a full load. Currently there is no option for a part pallet.
